Two questions.
a) Where is it being held?
b) Who or what are APTE?

I suspect it will be in the heart of Tower Hamlets, which is not easily accessible for those who do not live in that part of the ward.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

Hi, is being held at Salem Baptist Church Hall Maison Dieu Road ( was on poster which could not attach). The aim is to have an event in the lower part of the ward. A lot of leafleting has been done but very difficult to,cover the whole area.
APTE is music organisation based in Charlton Centre, one it's aims is to help people who are interested in music but have limited or no resources to do so. There are over 20 community groups/ organisations attending, something for all ages.
