    A small note if dissent, why is it that the elderly are always given as an example as not being able to heat themselves properly in the Winter. I am elderly/old and I make damn sure I am warm and I eat properly but then I do not smoke or go out drinking every day and seldom buy expensive pre-prepared meals like some.

    Yes, some of us do struggle so do all the other age groups on low income, why are we always given as an example. Sorry about the moan but it niggles me.
