  Thank you for all of your advice, personally Dover will eventually be a place for me as im local, but I do think there is a lot of competition at present, although as said by a famous business man, there is nothing that can't be done better or cheaper, and its those principals I would base any investment in Dover upon.
  
  I think in the coming year/s we will see a few cafe's closing in Dover due to stricter regulations on closing down cafes when they are very dirty/bottom scoring on the Food Safety ratings, as some of our cafes are.
