    I am another Pollack lover

    I have caught many Pollack over the year's and they are very nice battered, although I have to say I prefer to make them into fishcakes.
    Pouting & Whiting are also very nice in fishcakes, they do need a bit more preperation though, as they both have many bones.
    Dogfish are plentiful now, and lovely in batter but they seem to have become less popular in fish shops,which might be why they are now plentiful?
