    We have been down this road before and it did not work then and I feel it would not work now,kids going to school in the dark street lights would have to be left on till late in the morning,working on sites could not start till about 10.00hrs in the morning that would been paying out more overtime to keep the workers on site till late at night,sorry but it would not work out. Lights in schools and the home left on longer cost would go up and up.
