    It's highly unlikely that East Kent would have district core strategies designed to double the population, while at the same time pursue a policy of mass coal-mining.
    Kent is already the most populated rural area in Britain. If plans go ahead as per core strategy, the population will have doubled in 20 years.

    Now anyone with a minimum of knowledge in coal-mining should know that open cast mining would require the disappearance of entire villages.
