  i have a handy hint to pass on here to fellow members.
  
  you don't actually have to stay up until 2 a.m. to change the timers twice a year - you can actually do it at your normal bed time and hey presto when you wake up all will be well.
  
  i sussed that out last year.

  We always used to open the pub an hour early on the Sunday the clocks changed in the autumn. Always a good many punters who had forgotten.
