COUNCILLOR ROGER FRAYNE
There will be a private funeral for Councillor Roger Frayne on Thursday 18 November 2010. The privacy of his funeral is at his request and that of his family. No flowers at the funeral, by the family's request, but if you would like to make a donation then please do so to the 'Pilgrim's Hospice'. If required, this can be done via Farriers, the Funeral Directors, 161 London Rd, Dover; tel (01304) 201665.
On behalf of the family I have been asked to organise a short commemoration event of his life. This will be held on Thursday 25 November 2010 at 3pm in the Town Council Chamber, Maison Dieu House, Biggin Street, Dover, CT16 1DW.
