Sorry to disappoint you Howard but as you know that photo was taken after a recent rainfall.
It took all of the top crap away but left all of the crap on the bottom. the stuff you don't see.
As regarding the river level I did state it had dropped more than 7 inches in the last few months.
Last Wednesday evening the river dropped a further 2 inches within 1 hour for 2 hours and then came up again................Now tell me no one is taking water from the Dour.
I think we are being told porkies.
