a lot of action went on after 11 p.m. with the police everywhere, people running around making a lot of noise.
all the residents were out enjoying the free entertainment which seemed to involve the usual houses.
all calmed down after a while but a couple of police cars stayed on long afterwards, in itself no problem but parked up with their lights flashing so i couldn't get to sleep.

just been tiold it took off again 1am
a local was beaten up by others
taken to hospital, but back home now
it was all over a loud party for a 4 year olds birthday party, that went well, but it appears the adults wanted to party on till the early hours, but locals had other ideas

It must be a nightmare to have your life blighted by such "people" it can ruin decent peoples lives.

it appears everyone accepted the 4 year old's party, but there are many tensions that already exist in the street(as howard will confirm)
and this is one of the reason's it all exploded last night
when you have this problem every day of the week or many days, you get to the end of your tetther and then what do you do

Can't imagine anyone has a problem with a four year old's birthday party though I doubt any reasonable person would expect a child's party to end up in a public order incident at 0100 hours. As I said earlier I sympathise with decent people who have to live their lives surrounded by dross.

thanks for info keith.

not a great problem for me i am 6 or 7 doors away, people living nearby are driven mad by the incessant noise coupled with people knocking on one particular door at all hours of the night and being given something to go away with.

yes, howard, spoke to the person who was in contact with the police as the incident was in progress.
martin;
maybe howard will give you his defination of 'local' lol
(local told me) has visits from people throughout the 24 hour period 7 days a week.
the house occupants(if on benifits) certainly have nice clothes/jewelry etc.
but hey suppose they saved up like all of us lol
this is an ongoing problem.
rumoured the council is to move the family out soon, coming up monday to talk to locals.
of course that will be clarendon's gain, but some where elses loss
