  its an aweful site and view too. Also dangerous to animals and children playing in that alleyway. i walked along a couple of times, feels like slum and dumping place rather than a pleasure....
  Something needs to be done about this. Especially if you have tourists walking the hills which is happening alot for the last view years. :)
