  I think they will be lucky to trace the owner of the car,the fact that its still got its number plates on means that its probably been registered in a dodgy name and an untraceable address.They might have been better off scraping it as the price has gone up abit recently although the car looks like its been used as a skip so probably saved the owner a few quid.
