[I beg your pardon Lesley, twas I that served-up the 'sprouts' this time. ]

In a real sense it should not matter one whit who 'wins' party-wise, the denizens of Dover & District MUST always be the victors.

It is a sad fact that as yet Politics=Politicians when it should be Politics=People. The overviews should be left to the people on the ground and the statements of intent should come from those who wish to garner the votes.

Whichever takes the Seat, whichever has the majority on the Council progress should be forthcoming.

-What happened to the ban on high-octane lager/cider?

-Have road-sweepers begun to follow the bin-men?

And what hope is there that temporary use can be found for empty shops when the Council demands so much from the prospective tenants of their own properties?
