    It's odd that this is such a low key affair. The first one was three years ago and was covered by the press, the last two however have not been mentioned. That to my mind is a great shame.

    It was right and proper that John Turnpenny, Jack Woolford and Bob Tant were made Freemen of Dover. However, due recognition should also be made, and seen to be made which is important, to the others who perform services beyond the call of duty.
