    I heard many years ago that Cilla was almost thrown out of the old ABC cinema where she was appearing during the 60s,the man that was working there thought she was someone trying to sneak in when he saw her coming through the side door entrance and promptly went to remove her from the cinema until he was told by others who she was.I dont know how true this story was or if she even appeared there.The man who worked there was a projectionist and passed away some years ago.
