    The use of the word 'disgusting' is not being emotive as much as a statement of fact describing the dreadful smell of stale tobacco on clothes. Disgusting it truly is and there is no justification for anyone to impose that unpleasant stench on someone else. Likewise there can be no justification for a smoker, through their habit/addiction to discomfort people around them in a public place, making eyes sting and to choke. Smokers can smoke all they want as long as they are in places where they will not affect anyone else and any measure that further reduces the profile of smoking that removes these anti-social and dangerous products from sight is justified.

    What Philip is showing is how smokers simply do not understand how nasty it is and the effect on other people, or don't want to understand.
