    kensitas are definitely a blast from the past alec, they used to give away coupons which when accumulated could be exchanged for a whistling kettle or similar.

    i think they carried on in scotland a lot longer, i remember an episode of the nesbitts when the wife was throwing an on fire duvet out of the window and saying "i nearly smoked myself to death for that".
