  re post 11: I fail to see how anyone can prove one way or the other that the action of covering tobacco reduces smoking, it is just a stupid idea that in my humble opinion will do nothing to stop young people taking to the weed.
  
  Look around you, I see more youngsters smoking these days than ever I used to and the more people go on and on about it the more the young will want to try it.
  
  I have not smoked for 30 plus years and the reason I stopped was I was in Scouting and thought I was showing a bad example to the young I was involved with. The main way to cut smoking is to keep getting at the adults who smoke in front of their children.
