  Post 38: personally I think councillor-free zones have a lot going for them. Places from which councillors are banned except in their capacity as normal human beings and are only allowed in at published, periodic feeding times.
  
  I am content with the notion that a majority of representatives work hard on my behalf and feel called to do so. But hearing a running commentary on their plans for the next sunrise and their participation in the last one is a mite claustrophobic.
