  I agree Mr Norman, the lights are not like they used to be, but hopefully they will improve year after year, once upon a time it was not left to the council, shops used to decorate, the old Co-op used to put the lights up across the road from shop to shop, Woolies used to do the same, but sadly today you have not got that enthusiasm, and are tied with so many rules and regulations, all the points that have been raised have been noted.
