    Thanks for that Kath. I have a recipe for a whiskey cake somewhere that I used to make and love. I will dig it out and publish! It would be nice to do a bit of old fashioned proper baking. Confidentially, I also got out my old knitting needles earlier and some patterns I have kept. I am rather looking forward to it!
