    I know Howard. Unfortunately mine only goes up to 30 degrees so only a few hundred slaughtered overnight but i've put a single sock in the tumble drier and it's been spinning happily for five hours now. I'd guess that'll raise world temperatures by at least 0.07% which is a great start I'm sure you'll agree.
    To bring you up to date Mr. Watkins the ftse stands at 1.81% showing that by shutting down industrial production and employing green measures the world economy really improve.
    Actually it's bad news on the DECC front. Huhne's successor sounds like he maybe an even greater Herbert than seven houses Hoon ever was. Reminds me of successive England football managers promising a world cup win and failing dismally.
    Expect more of the same from Ed Davey, possibly worse.
