    Bern the whole point is that the use of tax loopholes is not confined to a political party as Marek suggests. What is more Brown has been claiming to do this for 13 years and has in doing so, made tax more complex, creating more avenues to mitigate tax. I would also suggest that tax mitigation is not something only for the rich, I advise many ordinary people how best to mitigate their taxes quite legally.

    Simpler lower taxes is the way forward.
