    The Chinese, like a number of other countries are more stricter than we are. Like the current drug smuggler facing execution, they`ll be an outcry all round the world from human rights groups, dogooders etc. But I wonder how many countless other individuals get put off by seeing what they risk for getting caught? (Please note, I`m all for human rights groups against torture and for people being jailed for political or religious beliefs). Ref post 6.
