  quite possably lead to zero hours contracts on less than minimum wages,no holiday pay,no sick pay.and no work no pay policy.back to Victorian slave labour times.vote tory.

  that's how i read it brian except for the minimum wage part which kcc will be stuck with.

  Hopefully their union will fight this and I am sure Clair will take up the baton, prior to the general election and after the election .
