  The figures appear to be extracted from League Table 1 in the UNICEF report "Children of the Recession: The impact of the economic crisis on child well-being in rich countries" and relate to 2012. I didn't spot where it explained what a score of 25.6, for example, actually means.

  I thought it referred to percentages of children in poverty.
