  I am happy to post on a wide range of topics, sadly too often the non political threads get no response or get dragged into politics by you know who.
  
  I have no real issue with or illusion that politics pervades an awful lot of things, however I am totally fed up with every half decent or better thread about local stuff getting turned into yet another version of the Westminster Punch and Judy show.
