    getting back to paul's comments on the future of the chinese economy i saw a piece on a news station that put a dampener on their future.

    the policy of one child per family has meant that as manufacturing has boomed the number of workers hasn't meaning that wage demands have grown.

    a chap that owned a factory was looking to relocate abroad to lower production costs.

    as a side issue many old people had no-one to look after them and the pensions and benefits system was mainly non-existent.

    not forgetting the problems in europe means their main markets are not buying as much as they used to.
