    The Administrators of Targetfollow Holdings Ltd who entered administration last October have put the Charlton Centre up for auction on 7th July at price guide of £500k.

    Auction Company ACUITUS seem to have some very old description of tennants as they include Sainsbury and nearby B&Q. Since Sainsbury purchased their lease prior to moving out twenty years ago we all know in Dover this part of the Charlton Centre has, in the main, remained empty and become an eyesore (Improved recently due to the efforts of LRF).

    Interesting from Day 1 of purchasing the Charlton Centre, Targetfollow have had it as part of a property portfolio for sale.
