Just to be clear I am not in any way condoning or defending Elphicke's behaviour, it does indeed go well beyond "mere flirting" and not sure which bit of "he was guilty" is unclear?
A punishment was deserved, whether it was overly severe is a legitimate matter for debate in my view.
