    True Jan. That's because a few people are using it to signal moral superiority, e.g. some having such a hard time accepting men are predatory by nature, failing to grasp that in the vast majority of cases "predatory" manifests as perfectly normal behaviour of chasing ladies, to use am old fashioned term, or indeed men if that is their thing. The judge could have chosen a better way of putting it IMO.

    Makes me wonder why some people are getting so worked up about this point.

    To use a term borrowed from football, however unfortunate in this context, this forum has always been full of "willy-waving" - a bunch of people, hiding behind pseudonyms, out to out each other down and battle for rank like a bunch of dogs scrapping in the yard.

    What kind of society do we want anyway? A world where men are scared to approach women for fear of being deemed "predatory"? Do we want to breed yet more English hypocrisy?
