i was told earlier that there was a mild altercation at said premises when a young autistic chap sat in one of the chairs and did not order, resulting with the manager or chef getting very abusive.
i didn't take much notice until i heard it had gone big on social media, hopefully someone will know the full story.

My sister in-law works there I will try to find out if she was working today or if it was her day off.

From what I have read I can understand Chaplin's reasoning but as they were not needing the chairs they could given a more sympathetic response on this occasion.

I read that as well Howard, reading between the lines I think there might have been bad tempers on both sides.

Hi folks,
either way its not a great behaviour of the chef. In Business like these golden rules are Customer is right regardless. He was advised of the young lads condition. Even if they didnt bought anything this time around, maybe next time would of been different???
To be honest a simple apology would have done it too. But I guess its too late now. I use to go in there a view times. mainly in the summer with friends. If I see him i WOULD say something. In any circumstance you should not get that out of control like this.
