Guys the HMS Kent has already left. Was hoping to get a picture of her leaving today but she was already gone before dawn..maybe they were needed elsewhere ahead of schedule. But her position on the Prince of Wales pier now vacant.
Very interesting post Helen. Yes such an occasion does get us looking into the past, and I suppose thats why these ceremonies happen...'lest we forget'...
