    Thanks for that information there Tom - well done with that. Clears up some doubts about access etc. but also..from your post above..

    The stone masons have arrived by the memorial just a few moments ago..some afficials appear to be there too and all with a look of ermm.. concern. Looks like they are about to try and fix it.
