Was told earlier that the above mentioned shop in Snargate Street(proprietor Clive Solly I believe) has a notice in the window asking people who are thinking of purchasing one of the new build town houses close by call in at the shop prior to doing so.
Intriguing stuff maybe our local special agent Brian is able to throw some light on the matter?
