  From comments I have recently read the high standard of Rooks has deteriorated recently since their move.
  
  I have not used them since their move to the Market Square so I can not judge this perception.

  Only the shops for sale and not the factory and I believe they own a farm so they will still be heavily involved business wise.

  Judging by the small profit I think we can assume some shops are making a loss.
