  I don't think suing would do any good, can you imagine the front page "political party sues national TV channel" the negative fallout would destroy any credibility that Nigel hasn't already. But secondly I don't think channel four have broken any laws or regulatory rules, it was certainly biased and maybe even morally wrong but as an independent they can get away with it, no worries though the new spitting image show will balance things out

  It transpires that Britain First were orchestrating the complaints about the programme, clearly still trying to align themselves with UKIP.

  The same sort of thing happens on many local media forums, notably for us kent online. Any negative or positive comments on a ukip related story gets mass dislikes or likes respectively by ukip supporters or activists giving a distorted view of popular opinion.

  They do tend to gang up on social media giving the impression that they are the party of the masses even though the opinion polls show them somewhere around 15% at best. Some of their supporters even think they will get an overall majority in May.
