    I know I said earlier that you can't please all the people all the time, but some appear to be Luddites.

    We need regeneration of the Heights or it will just deteriorate into wooded scrubland. There is always a consequence and a price for any regeneration; the money raised for historical regeneration, will ensure the future of the Heights forever and put Dover squarely on the tourism map - then, better efforts to make Dover a destination will be successful.
