  that's the man jacqui he was walking around checking everything, turns out a box ticking exercise has to be done every 3 months on every single field in their auspices.
  
  most of it is just to ensure that nobody can claim against them for negligence, the days when people tripped over something and blamed themselves for not looking are long gone.
  
  the problem as i see it is that with their limited man/woman power time would be best served on other things.
