  A short while back I heard a lot of noise over the top of fireworks so I proceeded to the front door in an orderly way to investigate.
  
  It transpired that a group of between 20 and 30 of our Roma friends were having an altercation so I watched in fascination for a while until one of the young gentleman came across and said something that I translated loosely as "Wot you looking at".
  
  I then held up my camera and said that the Polizei had the photos, upon which word was spread around and they left the scene. If only they knew I cannot take photos in the dark.

  Quite a few people had gone out to see what the noise was all about, like a scene out of a bad soap opera.
