I went on a planning site visit for this and at the time, the building was in a pretty poor state but structurally sound.
It was/is a most beautiful location, the back garden is Bushy Ruff - such peace and tranquility must make it ideal for quality housing or flats.
I understand it was arson that destroyed it; so very sad.

This place is near Temple Ewell....
not Bushey Ruff...where there is another derelict Nursing Home....waiting to be turned into flats and houses....
