    That is true Howard. The point is they are being selective in the car park they choose, had they picked the most used they would have quoted 10p on 80p or 90p. Different percentages.

    Ideally what you have is the vat increase plus a catch up on three years inflation.

    Still cheapest in East Kent.

    So the message is shop in Dover/Deal town centres it is still costs less to shop locally and your petrol bill is reduced.
