see an advert in local paper for zumba lessons at capel
it says you need to bring along a towel and bottle of water
so is it some kind of get together where you find a member of the opposite sex and wash them ??
the mind boggles !!!!!!

Might be a good idea to get things started instead of the usual curry and an early night with the other half.

Zumba is quite a craze, and a group meets at the Sandwich Phoenix (Youth Club) premises now. They sound very enthusiastic !!

I like Zumba, it's very energetic and more like dancing than real exercise.
