Two things, it was six weeks ago, why so long in asking? And we tend not to take note of people shouting at each other, sadly it seems to be a common occurrence these days.
What a couple of good points I know I would not take any notice and might not even remember an incident like that even if it was only a week ago. The assault I would remember if I saw it but certainly not many details that might help after six weeks.
An after thought on the abusive language query it might have helped if the sex of the children was given to the help the memory.

I take it that both these 'crimes' were committed in London Rd. and that you live in London Rd. Terry. Otherwise it would certainly all be most confusing.
Incidents of verbal abuse and common assault are indeed all too common these days, and may well blend together in the memory. Yet there may be a slim chance that one or other or both of these particular incidents have stuck in the mind of somebody.
I recall that one of our members was traduced with the appellation of "paedo!", a little while ago, and I was miles away. (honest)
