Our Governments have never handles large scale well, always content to keep employers supplied with workers with no consideration to the local population living in already poor areas. After the last war people came over from the West Indies to fill vacancies at London Transport, Fords and other big employers. They were not told that all night parties on a Saturday would upset the indigenous population and create tensions. Similarly when Bangla Desh people started to arrive in big numbers and were housed in blocks of flats in Poplar, Limehouse and Millwall they were not told how to dispose of rubbish through the shutes but simply opened the windows and threw it out. Now we have the Roma people - not much more I can add to that.
