Yes. Good for the economy! Were we to import tomorrow for example 10 million Chinese aged between 25 and 40 so not needing education, health care or pensions, all selling each other coffee the GDP would actually go up and house prices would improve for those like me without a mortgage even further.
We would be up to our ears in Chinamen however and the country no longer recognisable as England.
