    did anyone know that the above mentioned duchess of somewhere or other was at the battle of britain memorial today?

    she unveiled a memorial to sir keith park who masterminded the r.a.f during the battle of britain in 1940.

    also there was flight lieutenant william walker(aged97) the oldest survivor of those dark days.
