    Mr.Cameron returned from holiday at the tail end of the summer riots.

    He stated that his `Big Society` was a broken Society due to an aggressive gang culture.

    His own Government`s research as concluded and reported that this summers riots came from the most deprived homes and were struggling at school in poor neighbourhoods `acting alone`.42% on freeschool meals,60+% of special education needs and a third had been excluded from school in the last year.

    They further warned him that Society was storing up future problems by ignoring the growing number of dissaffected young people growing up in poverty in the inner cities.

    The report highlights Flashman`s headliner knee jerk comments show his lack of understanding of inner city areas.

    Once again he was warned to await the report before making such statements.
