  There can be no doubt about it Reg...Boris is certainly having 'a good riot'. His PR stature has gone up no end since the troubles began. When he visitied Clapham Junction the other day, Im sure i could hear the crowd in the background shouting, chanting, demanding...

  So he proceeded towards them broom held aloft, ready to sweep all before him, maybe even Cameron.
  
  The reason for this is simple. he says what the public want to hear. Like for example he says "cutting the number of police is wrong." The embattled crowd love that one. He is also out there mingling with the beleaguered and the harassed. A PR mans dream with his tousled blonde hair and ready smile..
  
  On the other hand doing the rounds of the studios is Baroness Varsi. Why the Tories have suddenly wheeled her out is bewilderng. She is awful in PR terms and surely a mistake. only recently there was much whispering that she had been sidelined, mothballed...you can see why! Not a sympathetic figure, not much warmth there for the suffering populace.
