    Boris calls for a `U`turn on Police cuts.

    Boris openly defies Flashman on cuts.Firefighters also have a case for `U` turn on their cuts.

    No.10 ridiculed over threat to use `Water Canon` which is seen as Good Headlines but poor policing.

    Boris`s political rock lobbed at Flashman rekindles their dislike for each other.The challenge is seen as untimely when the public mood is angery.

    Cameron in difficult position as Tory senior/backbench members pride in their (in their opinion ) of being the party of Law and Order.

    Added to his many problems is the lack of growth in the economy,the worsening global financial position which leaves him no room to manoeuvre.His ill-conceived policies of cuts ( too deep and too fast ) are begining to be a burden difficult to carry!!

    Bank of England chief attempts to quash the idea that UK riots are in response to the Coalition Governments austerity programme.
